Please be advised that the Changing lives classes will take a break for the Christmas Period.
The last Nordic Walking session will be on Thursday 13th December. This class will return on Thursday 10th January 2019.
Seated Exercise will have its last session on Tuesday 18th December and return again on Tuesday 8th January 2019.
T’ai Chi will finish on Wednesday 19th December and start again on Wednesday 9th January 2019.

We are holding a singing cafe on Wednesday 28th November 2018 at 10.30 am to 12.00 noon. The venue will be the Somersham Community Library on Church Street, Somersham. Singing has been shown to help left the mood, help release memories and provide an enjoyable experience. This free cafe is open to everyone.
Cambridgeshire County Council have launched a ‘Stronger for Longer’ campaign. This compliments our Changing lives programme and gives more options for anyone wanting to increase their fitness and strength.
